This is a special version 3-month version of the Calm Confidence program. It is designed to address anxiety related to a transitional time by exploring and transforming unhelpful negative beliefs and judgments.
The Transition program is less structured and includes 4 hours of meeting time each month. You can choose either four 1-hour conversational meetings or biweekly 90-minute art-based meetings, with 30-minute conversational check-ins on off weeks.
Five drawings can change your momentum in amazing ways. This plan is 3 months and includes a one hour set-up meeting, five 90-minute drawing sessions, and a one hour wrap-up meeting. Whether you are trying to change a habit, navigate a challenging situation, or find new direction, this special program can transform your mind and break through mental and emotional barriers to peace.
