Groups, Workshops, and Retreats

Art-based groups and workshops are offered to help you access your subconscious, connect with spiritual wisdom, find ways to navigate challenging situations, and develop a stronger sense of identity.

Most events are currently offered online, but we hope to offer several in person events each year.

Groups are gatherings where the same people participate over the course of several weeks or months. Each session builds on the last one and there is a set end date. Some groups are open to anyone who is interested. Other groups are designed for specific populations.

Workshops are one-day experiences, usually between 2 and 4 hours. Each workshop stands alone but some people choose to participate in the same workshop multiple times each year. Workshops are generally open to anyone, but certain dates may be restricted by age or gender.

Retreats are multi-day events. Sometimes over consecutive days, other times over two weekends. Most retreat participants have worked with Angela through a previous event or as a private client. This is not always necessary, but new participants may be required to attend an informational meeting before registering.

Come back often to see what new options are available.
